A slow moving, weak front will move through the area today and Wednesday, leading to scattered showers and thunderstorms until the front pushes south of the region by late Wednesday afternoon. Despite the increased rain chances and cloud cover, today will feature abnormally warm temperatures once again. While still warm, Wednesday will be a transition day, with temperatures dropping to near normal values before falling below normal for the remainder of the week as drier air pushes in from the north.
