Details:
* WHAT...Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible,
especially in slow moving thunderstorms.

* WHERE...Portions of central, northern, and southern New Hampshire,
including the following areas, in New Hampshire, Western And
Central Hillsborough. In central New Hampshire, Belknap, Merrimack
and Sullivan. In northern New Hampshire, Southern Grafton. In
southern New Hampshire, Cheshire.

* WHEN...From 8 AM EDT Wednesday through Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations.
Creeks and streams may rise out of their banks. Flooding may occur
in poor drainage and urban areas.
